The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret

This show is seriously ridiculous, and I loved every bit of it. The entire setting and story line progression is just so odd and intriguing. It's like you have to continue watching this man fall deeper and deeper into lies and mayhem. When you think it can't get any worse, he goes and somehow makes things even worse. I don't know what's wrong with Todd Margaret.

I was very happy to watch this series from beginning to end. It's one of those shows that seemed to only be meant to have a few seasons. It's more so like Samurai Champloo (if you've seen it) as it has a clear beginning and end.

I'm sure those of you who have Netflix have seen Arrested Development floating around. I've watched that show as well (although I must say I did enjoy it more before its absorption into Netflix). David Cross, the guy who plays Todd Margaret, plays an even more ridiculous character in Arrested Development. So much more ridiculous....but still a different kind of crazy.

Todd seems to be someone who is too stupid to tell even the smallest bit of truth, almost immediately suffering from the consequences of his incredible fibs that seem to just stack on top of one another. Tobias Fünke, his character in the show Arrested Development, is a man whose view of himself is completely different from what he actually appears to be. And what he appears to be is a seriously crazy, weird man who is beyond explanation or understanding.

Tobias is a character who does things no one would ever think to do or has ever seen. It gets so unbelievable, in fact, that I can't even stomach to watch the screen sometimes. I've never seen anything like this before in my life! A very mild example I would like to share is that Tobias is a self proclaimed "Never Nude". I'll just let you piece together that on your own.

He isn't the only one, the entire cast is crazy in their own ways. But I'm sure you've already seen it....who knows. I stopped watching it after it premiered on Netflix as an original series. The jokes just seemed too Hollywood for me, whatever that means. I couldn't keep up...

I wanted to include a clip of both Todd and Tobias, so you can see how much David Cross loves playing crazy characters. If you haven't seen The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, you should check it out. I must say there is another character who is present in both Todd Margaret and Arrested Development. He plays a character on Todd Margaret who has perfected the art of cursing outrageously within normal conversation. Such a potty mouth! I just wanted to let you know. I've got such a hankering to watch it now, I think I'm about to pop it on. I love re watching series after I haven't touched them for a little while. Thank you Netflix.
